Recipe: Fried Zucchini Balls

Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, grated
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or chives)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (panko recommended for extra crispiness)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:
