Creamy Garlic Chicken (or Meat) Bread Bowl
Ingredients:
1 round sourdough loaf (approx. 500g)
500g cooked chicken or meat, diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
50g butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
200ml heavy cream
100g grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Hollow out the bread bowl, reserving the removed bread for dipping.
Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add diced chicken (or meat) and cook until heated through.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the creamy mixture into the bread bowl.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the reserved bread.
