    - 8 large pasta sheets (lasagna or manicotti)
    - 1 pound minced meat (beef/chicken/turkey)
    - 1 cup diced carrots
    - 1 cup diced green peppers
    - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    - 1 cup ricotta cheese
    - 1 egg
    - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - 2 cups marinara sauce
    - Fresh herbs for garnish

    *Instructions:*
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Cook pasta sheets until al dente. Drain and cool.
    3. In a pan, sauté minced meat with carrots and green peppers until cooked.
