Cheesy Stuffed Pasta Rolls with Marinara Bliss
*Ingredients:*
- 8 large pasta sheets (lasagna or manicotti)
- 1 pound minced meat (beef/chicken/turkey)
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced green peppers
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh herbs for garnish
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pasta sheets until al dente. Drain and cool.
3. In a pan, sauté minced meat with carrots and green peppers until cooked.
4. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Combine meat mixture with cheese mixture.
6. Roll the filling into each pasta sheet and place in a baking dish.
7. Cover with marinara sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
9. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
