    For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:
    - 1 ripe avocado
    - 2 tbsp lime juice
    - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
    - Salt and pepper, to taste
    Instructions
    1. Prepare the salmon:
    Remove the skin and bones from the fresh salmon, then chop it into small pieces. Alternatively, you can pulse it in a food processor until finely minced.
    2. Make the salmon balls mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, egg, chopped coriander, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
    3. Shape the salmon balls:
    With your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
    4. Cook the salmon balls:
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon balls in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
    5. Make the creamy avocado sauce: While the salmon balls are cooking, prepare the avocado sauce. In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork. Add the lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth and creamy.
