    500g Potatoes
    200g Asparagus
    50g Butter
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    100ml Milk
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Fresh Chives, chopped (for garnish)
    Lamb stock or red wine for the sauce (optional)

    Recipe:

    Potatoes: Boil, drain, and mash with butter, garlic, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

    Asparagus: Blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

    Lamb Chops: Season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes.

    Sauce (optional): Deglaze the pan with lamb stock or red wine, reducing to a desired consistency.

    Plate: Arrange mashed potatoes, asparagus, and lamb chops. Drizzle with sauce (if using) and garnish with chives.
