Recipe: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and squid. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, peppercorns, and bay leaf. Simmer until squid is tender. Add water if needed for desired sauce consistency. Serve hot with rice.
