Seared Filet Mignon with Pan-Seared Scallops Ingredients:
2 (150g each) Filet Mignon steaks 6 large Scallops 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Freshly cracked Black Pepper Salt to taste Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Recipe:
Pat steaks & scallops dry, season generously with salt & pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 min per side for medium-rare. Rest. Add butter to the skillet, sear scallops 1-2 min per side until golden brown & opaque. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
