Creamy Tuscan Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients:

500g ground chicken
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
200g pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.)

Instructions:

Combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Stir in heavy cream and spinach.

Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve over cooked pasta.
