Zesty Lemon Herb Snapper on Aromatic Rice

  • Pan-Seared Snapper with Lemon & Herbs
    Ingredients:
    2 snapper fillets (approx. 150g each)
    1 lemon, sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    100g cooked rice
    Pinch of paprika

    Season snapper with salt and pepper.
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    Sear snapper for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
    Add lemon slices to the pan during the last minute of cooking.
    Serve snapper over rice, drizzled with pan juices, garnished with parsley and a pinch of paprika.
