#recipeshare Season snapper with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear snapper for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Add lemon slices to the pan during the last minute of cooking. Serve snapper over rice, drizzled with pan juices, garnished with parsley and a pinch of paprika.
