    Ingredients:

    For the Fudge Base:

    2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup milk chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    For the Turtle Topping:

    1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
    Directions:

    Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
    In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
    Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow it to slightly set.
    Spread the caramel sauce evenly over the chilled fudge layer. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the caramel.
    Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top for a decorative finish.
    Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
    Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into small squares and serve.
