Classic tiramisu turned spooky with Oreo dirt + RIP tombstones.
Ingredients (6 cups)
Coffee Soak
• 1 cup (240 mL) strong coffee
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
Mascarpone Cream
• 3 egg yolks
• ½ cup (100 g) sugar
• 8 oz (225 g) mascarpone
• 1 cup (240 mL) heavy cream

Assembly
• 18 ladyfingers
• ½ cup crushed Oreos (soil)
• 6 ladyfingers (for tombstones)
• Melted chocolate (“RIP”)
• Gummy worms & candy bones
Instructions
1. Soak: Mix coffee, sugar, liqueur. Cool.
2. Cream: Whip yolks + sugar → add mascarpone → fold in whipped cream.
3. Layer: Ladyfingers dipped in coffee → mascarpone cream → repeat.
4. Top: Sprinkle Oreo “soil.”
5. Decorate: Add tombstone cookies, worms, bones. Chill 4 hrs.
