Fudgy brownies (8x8 inch pan)

Ingredients
250g dark chocolate
120g unsalted butter
150g brown sugar
2 large eeggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
90g all-purpose flour
30g cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
50g chopped nuts (almond/peanut/walnut) for topping
50g melted milk chocolate / Nutella (for drizzle)

Method
1. Preheat oven to 140c -10minutes. Grease & line an 8x8 inch square pan.
2. Melt chocolate + butter together (microwave or double boiler). Let cool slightly.
3. Add sugar, whisk until combined.
4. Beat in eggs (one at a time) + vanilla.
5. Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt → fold gently until just combined (do not overmix).
6. Pour batter into the pan, spread evenly.
7. Bake for 42 to 45 minutes, until center is just set (to keep fudgy).
8. Cool brownies completely.
9. Drizzle melted chocolate / Nutella over the top.
10. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly before chocolate sets.
11. Slice into squares and enjoy 😋.
