Layers of vanilla, orange creamsicle, and mango for the perfect Halloween treat!

Ingredients (6 servings)
• 1 cup vanilla pudding (instant mix or homemade)
• 1 cup orange creamsicle mousse (1 cup whipped cream + 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate)
• 1 cup mango purée or custard
• Whipped cream (for topping)
• Candy corn + sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Make the vanilla pudding: Prepare according to package directions or cook homemade (milk + sugar + cornstarch + vanilla). Chill until set.
2. Make the orange mousse: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks, fold in frozen orange juice concentrate. Chill.
3. Prepare the mango layer: Blend fresh/frozen mango into a purée, or cook with a bit of sugar + cornstarch for custard consistency. Cool.
4. Assemble layers: In clear parfait glasses, spoon mango on the bottom (yellow), orange mousse in the middle, and vanilla pudding on top (white).
5. Finish: Add whipped cream swirls, candy corn, and sprinkles. Keep chilled until serving.
