Nutella Lava Cakes

Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 large egg yolk
* 1/3 cup Nutella
* 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
* 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
* Pinch of salt (optional)
* Extra butter and cocoa powder for ramekins
Steps
* Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
* Grease two small ramekins with butter and dust them with cocoa powder.
* In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, egg yolk, and sugar until the mixture is pale and frothy.
* Whisk the melted butter and Nutella into the egg mixture until well combined.
* Add the flour and a pinch of salt, whisking until just incorporated.
* Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared ramekins.
* Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still wobbly.
* Carefully run a knife around the edges of the cakes to loosen them. Serve immediately.
