Steps:
* Combine Ingredients: Place the avocado flesh, cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt into a food processor or high-speed blender.
* Blend: Process the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl several times to ensure all the avocado is incorporated and there are no lumps.
* Taste and Adjust: Taste the mousse and add maple syrup for sweetness, or a tiny splash more milk if you need to thin it slightly for easier blending.
* Chill: Spoon the mousse into small dessert glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or until firm) to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to achieve a thicker, more 'mousse-like' consistency.
* Serve: Garnish with grated chocolate, fresh berries, or other toppings of your choice, and serve chilled.
