    Ingredients
    1 cup grated zucchini
    1 cup minced meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
    ¼ cup crumbled feta
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 tbsp parsley, chopped
    1 tbsp mint (optional)
    1 egg
    Salt & pepper
    ½ cup flour
    ¼ cup breadcrumbs
    Olive oil (for frying)

    Instructions
    Grate & drain zucchini well.
    Mix everything (zucchini, meat, feta, herbs, egg, seasonings).
    Firm up with flour & breadcrumbs.
    Shape into balls and fry in olive oil until golden.
    Drain & serve hot with a mustard or yogurt dip!

    TIPS:
