* 16 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt

* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
* For Topping (Optional):
* Fresh berries
* Extra honey drizzle
Instructions
* Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
* Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
* Assemble: Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top.
* Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake is firm.
* Serve: Top with fresh berries and an extra drizzle of honey before serving.
