Golden Honey Walnut Brie Delight

  • 🧀 Honey & Walnut Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

    Crispy, golden pastry wrapped around a wheel of brie cheese — warm, melty, and oozing when sliced. Topped with honey and crunchy walnuts, this appetizer is elegant yet unbelievably easy. Serve it at any gathering and watch it vanish in minutes.



    Ingredients:
    • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
    • 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
    • 1 egg (for egg wash)
    • Optional: fresh thyme, sliced apples, or crackers to serve



    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Place brie in center of puff pastry. Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey and sprinkle with half the nuts.
    3. Fold pastry over the cheese, pinching to seal. Flip seam-side down.
    4. Brush with egg wash and bake 20–25 min, or until golden brown.
    5. Let rest 5 min. Drizzle with remaining honey and nuts. Slice and serve warm.
