Ingredients:
For the pulled pork: • 2–3 lb pork shoulder • Salt, pepper, smoked paprika • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite) • 1 onion, sliced • 3 garlic cloves, smashed • ½ cup apple cider vinegar or broth
For the slaw: • 1 ½ cups shredded cabbage • ½ cup shredded carrot • 2 tbsp mayo • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar • Salt & pepper
