Cherry-Cola Chipotle Glaze • 1 cup cherry cola (not diet) • ½ cup cherry jam or preserves • 2 Tbsp tomato paste • 1–2 chipotles in adobo, minced (+1 Tbsp adobo sauce) • 2 Tbsp apple-cider vinegar • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 Tbsp brown sugar • Zest of ½ lime

Quick Steps 1️⃣ Prep ribs – Remove membrane, rub with salt, pepper & smoked paprika. Wrap in foil. 2️⃣ Low & slow – Roast 2 h at 300 °F / 150 °C (or smoke 225 °F / 107 °C). 3️⃣ Glaze – Simmer all glaze ingredients 10 min until thick & syrupy. 4️⃣ Finish – Unwrap ribs, brush generously, broil or grill 5-7 min, flipping & glazing twice for a glossy bark. Rest 5 min, slice between bones, serve with charred limes.
