  • 🧄🧀 Hot Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

    This is the kind of dip that disappears in minutes: gooey, cheesy, rich, and packed with flavor. It’s creamy on the inside, golden on top, and loaded with garlic, spinach, artichokes, and cheese pulls in every bite.



    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)
    • 1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
    • ½ cup cream cheese
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • ½ cup grated parmesan
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Salt & pepper to taste



    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth.
    3. Fold in spinach and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Spread into a small baking dish.
    5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.
    6. Serve hot with toasted bread, crackers, or veggie sticks.
