Quick Steps 1️⃣ Pat chicken dry, season with salt & pepper. Sear skin-side down in hot oil (medium-high) 5 min until deeply golden. Flip. 2️⃣ Whisk glaze ingredients; pour into skillet. Scatter pineapple. 3️⃣ Simmer 15 min, spooning sauce, until chicken hits 165 °F / 74 °C and glaze is thick & sticky. 4️⃣ Broil 2 min for char. Rest 5 min, garnish cilantro, serve over coconut rice.
