🍫 Fudgy Crackle-Top Brownies (a.k.a. The Internet’s Favorite Brownies)
These brownies are pure chocolate magic: crackly on top, insanely fudgy in the middle, and just the right amount of chewy at the edges. Every bite is rich, dense, and deeply satisfying. Warning: impossible to eat just one.

Ingredients: • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter • 8 oz (225g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped • 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar • 4 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¾ cup (90g) all-purpose flour • ½ cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder • ½ tsp salt • Optional: chocolate chunks or sea salt flakes

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8” pan with parchment. 2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Cool slightly. 3. Whisk in sugars, then eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. 4. Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined. 5. Pour into pan. Top with chocolate chunks if using. 6. Bake 30–35 min until center is just set. Cool before cutting for best texture.
