Ingredients (Serves 4):
• 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced • 1 cup long-grain rice • 2 cups beef broth • 3 Tbsp butter • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 small onion, finely chopped • 1 tsp paprika • Salt & pepper • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley • Optional: red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large skillet, melt 1 Tbsp butter and sear beef on high heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper & paprika. Remove and set aside. 2️⃣ In the same skillet, add another Tbsp butter. Sauté onion & garlic until fragrant. 3️⃣ Add rice and toast for 1–2 min. Pour in broth, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 15–18 min until rice is cooked. 4️⃣ Stir in remaining butter, return beef, toss with parsley. Serve hot!
