Ingredients: • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar • ½ cup cream cheese, softened • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp paprika • Salt & pepper to taste • ½ cup all-purpose flour • 2 eggs, beaten • 1 cup breadcrumbs • Oil for frying
