Ingredients (12 cupcakes): For the cupcakes: • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour • 1 ½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened • ¾ cup granulated sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ cup sour cream • ¼ cup milk
For the frosting: • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. 2️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. 3️⃣ In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in sour cream and milk. 4️⃣ Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Do not overmix. 5️⃣ Fill liners halfway. Add a pinch of the cinnamon swirl mix. Top with more batter and swirl gently. 6️⃣ Bake for 18–20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. 7️⃣ For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter, then add sugar and vanilla. Frost cooled cupcakes.
