Instructions

* In a third, clean bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form.
* Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the waffle batter until no streaks of white remain.
* Heat and grease your Belgian waffle maker.
* Pour about 1 cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron. The exact amount depends on your waffle maker's size.
* Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and crispy.
* Serve immediately with powdered sugar, fruit, or whipped cream.
