Vanilla Mug cake
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp of cream cheese
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp granulated sweetener of you choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 Tbsp of cut fresh strawberries
1 Mug of choice. Place butter and cream cheese in mug. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Add coconut flour, sweetener, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix well. Add egg. Mix again. Mix in strawberries
Scrape down the sides of the mug. Microwave on high for 1:20.
Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream! Enjoy
