- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy cream

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form.
Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream on top of each banana half. Take two banana halves and sandwich them together, creating a banana cream bomb.
Wrap each bomb with two slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks. Place the bombs back on the baking sheet. In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the bacon-wrapped banana bombs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the bananas are soft.
