- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 pretzel buns
- 1 cup beer cheese sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

3. Season each patty with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired level of doneness.

6. In a skillet, sauté the sliced onion until caramelized.

9. Top each patty with a spoonful of beer cheese sauce and some caramelized onions.
