Italian Grinder Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup salami, chopped
- 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Steps:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, salami, pepperoni, provolone, onion, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and olives.
3. Toss with the dressing until everything is well coated.
4. Serve immediately for a crunchy, zesty salad.
