Golden Garlic Butter Chicken Sliders with Zesty Spicy Ranch Drizzle
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into slider-size fillets
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 slider buns, toasted
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced pickles
For the Spicy Ranch Kick:
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions:
Marinate chicken fillets in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture until well coated.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken fillets until crispy and golden, about 5–6 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Brush cooked chicken with melted garlic butter while still hot.
In a small bowl, whisk together ranch, hot sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for the spicy ranch sauce.
Assemble sliders by layering crispy chicken on toasted buns with lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of spicy ranch. Serve immediately.
