10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions:
Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken, garlic, and spices, and cook until browned. Stir in the diced pineapple, jalapeños, and soy sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to combine the flavors.
Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly, sealing the edge with the beaten egg.
Fry the Egg Rolls: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Serve: Drain on paper towels, then serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
