• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• Pinch of salt
• A few sprigs of fresh thyme

For serving:
• 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
• Olive oil (for brushing)
• Honey (for drizzling)
• Extra thyme for garnish
