Ingredients: For the fish: • Salmon fillets (skin-on) • White miso paste • Honey or maple syrup • Soy sauce • Rice vinegar • Sesame oil • Garlic & ginger (grated)
For the pickled cucumber: • Thinly sliced cucumber • Rice vinegar • Sugar & salt • Sesame seeds • Scallions
Pan-sear the salmon until the skin is crispy, brush with glaze, and finish in the oven or under the broiler. Serve with chilled cucumber salad and a drizzle of glaze.
