    -> I’m currently on vacation but this is what I would be having for breakfast at home: Moist and delicious baked oats with a liquid chocolate center and a sprinkle of sea salt on top. Goals, if you’d ask me ;)

    I N G R E D I E N T S:
    🤎50g oats
    🤎15g (vanilla) protein powder
    🤎1tsp baking powder
    🤎a pinch of salt
    🤎half a banana
    🤎50g (vegan) yogurt
    🤎90ml chocolate plant milk
    🤎chocolate

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. If you’re using an air fryer, like me, just skip this step. Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, banana, yogurt and plant milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Crease a small ovenproof baking dish with some coconut oil. Fill half the batter into the dish, place a piece of chocolate in the middle and cover it with the remaining batter. Top it with some chocolate chips and let it bake in the preheated oven or air fryer for around 15 minutes. Once it’s done, let it cool off a little. Then dig in and enjoy!
