Protein-Packed Raspberry Cheesecake Delight

-> I’m really excited to share this recipe with you because it’s been my new obsession for the past week! So here it is: The cheesecake bowl. It has lots of protein and the texture and flavor is genuinely so amazing, I swear you have you just try this <3
I N G R E D I E N T S:
🩷10g corn starch
🩷one egg
🩷300g vanilla skyr
🩷20g vanilla protein powder
🩷raspberries
Start by combining the corn starch and egg using a whisk. Then mix in the vanilla skyr and protein powder. Lastly, fold in your fresh or frozen raspberries. I baked this in the microwave for 5 minutes at 360 Watt. Don’t worry if it comes out a little runny, it fill Form up when you put in the fridge overnight or for at least three hours. The next morning, either enjoy it immediately or with some melted white chocolate like I did here. Dig in!
