Homemade Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
• 1 lb elbow macaroni
• 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened.
5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Mix cheese sauce with macaroni.
7. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
