Garlic Parmesan Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 large egg

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.

3. Roll mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs and arrange on the baking sheet.

4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.

5. Meanwhile, warm marinara sauce in a small saucepan.

6. Serve meatballs hot with marinara sauce drizzled on top. Garnish with Parmesan if desired.
