Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
16 samosa wrappers or spring roll wrappe
Instructions
In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add the garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool.
Take one samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle shape. Seal the edges with water.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
