Mac Burger Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
(or finely chopped pickles)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tsp white vinegar (optional, for tang)
Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
2. Stir in pickle relish (or chopped pickles).
3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning—add ketchup for sweetness, mustard for tang, or relish for crunch.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using (this helps flavors blend).
Perfect for burgers, sandwiches, or even as a dipping sauce for fries!
