Muffin Batter
2 whole eggs (large)
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 cup fresh milk (240ml)
1/2 cup canola oil (120ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (270g)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
1/4 tsp salt (1g)
3/4 choco chips (120g) + extra for topping
Chocolate Fudge Filling

1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
1 tbsp cornstarch (8g)
1/4 tsp salt (1g)
1 cup fresh milk (240ml)

Instructions
In the bowl put 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
(25g) 1thsp cornstarch
(8g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g)
1 cup fresh milk
(240ml) stir until
cocoa powder dissolves

cook over low heat and stir continuously until it's thick and smootk set aside and let it cool
In separate bowl 2 whole eggse (large)

1 cup sugar (200g)

1 cup tresh mil
(240ml)

1/2 cup
Canola oil
(120ml))
*or any cooking oil instead
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml) stir until smooth
2 cups all purpose flour (270g)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (50g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
1/4 tsp salt (1g)
sift the dry ingredients
stir until well combined
Then put 3/4 cup
chocolate chips
(120g)
fill about 1/3 of the muffin liner
add in the choco fudge
fill on top the remaining batter
Muffin tulip liner size:
5cm (base)
8cm (height)
Yeast necipe yields: 12 pieces
Bake in a pre-heated oven @ 180°C for about 25 mins ! Baking time may vary on the type of oVen
and size of the muffins.
