CAKE RUSKS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g margarine
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
2 large eggs

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla essence.
4. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then mix until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a lined baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool, then slice it into rectangular pieces.
7. Place the slices on a baking sheet and dry them in a low oven (150°F/60°C) for 1-2 hours, or until crispy and golden brown.
