    • 3 cups white chocolate chips
    • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 tsp coconut extract (optional)
    • 1/3 cup shredded coconut (toasted or plain)
    • Pinch of salt



    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
    2. Melt base: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
    3. Add flavor: Stir in pineapple, vanilla, coconut extract, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
    4. Set: Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Gently press it down.
    5. Chill: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
