Ingredients (makes ~20 cookies): • ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar • 1 large egg • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • ¾ cup white chocolate chips • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (jimmies-style)

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment. 2. Make the dough: Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add egg and vanilla, mix to combine. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in white chocolate and sprinkles. 3. Bake: Scoop dough into balls (~2 tbsp each). Place on baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft. 4. Cool: Let cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
