    This bubbling hot dip combines crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, fresh jalapeños, and cream cheese — baked until golden and gooey. It’s smoky, spicy, cheesy, and 100% addictive.



    Ingredients (serves 6–8):
    • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup (100g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • ½ cup (120g) sour cream
    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • 3 jalapeños, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
    • 5 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 1 garlic clove, grated
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onion for garnish



    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven: 375°F (190°C).
    2. Mix the dip: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, mayo, garlic, bacon, and jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Bake: Transfer to a small baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbling, with golden edges.
    4. Serve: Garnish with chives or green onion and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
