    Silky cream cheese blended with fire-roasted red peppers, smoked paprika, garlic, and honey for a dip that’s tangy, slightly sweet, and full of depth. Serve it warm or chilled with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.



    Ingredients (serves 4–6):
    • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 large roasted red pepper (or ½ cup from a jar, drained)
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
    • Salt & black pepper, to taste
    • Optional: chopped parsley, crushed red pepper flakes for garnish



    Instructions:
    1. Blend the dip: In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, roasted red pepper, olive oil, smoked paprika, honey, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Warm or chill: Serve immediately as a soft dip, or chill for 30 minutes for a thicker spread. Optional: warm gently in a skillet before serving for an ultra-smooth, melty dip.
    3. Serve: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley or chili flakes. Great with pita chips, crusty bread, veggie sticks, or even as a sandwich spread.
