    Juicy mushroom caps filled with a rich, creamy blend of cheeses, garlic, and herbs — these golden bites are the perfect elegant appetizer that disappear in seconds.



    Ingredients:
    • 16 white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
    • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Olive oil (for drizzling)



    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    2. Sauté aromatics: In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic and onion until soft. Remove from heat.
    3. Make filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and the sautéed garlic-onion mix. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Stuff mushrooms: Spoon filling into each mushroom cap. Arrange on a baking tray and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
    5. Bake: 15–18 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
    6. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
