🍫 Dark Chocolate Tahini Fudge with Sea Salt & Pistachios
Rich and silky dark chocolate meets nutty tahini in this no-bake fudge, finished with flaky sea salt and crunchy pistachios. It’s earthy, indulgent, and irresistibly smooth — with a grown-up twist.
⸻
Ingredients (makes ~36 small squares): • 2 cups (340g) dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (60–70% cacao) • ½ cup (120ml) tahini (well stirred) • ¼ cup (60ml) full-fat coconut milk or heavy cream • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ tsp sea salt (plus more for topping) • ⅓ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
⸻
Instructions: 1. Melt & mix: In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, tahini, and coconut milk. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in honey, vanilla, and salt. 2. Pour & top: Line a small square dish (8x8”) with parchment. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan. Smooth the top. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and flaky sea salt over the surface. 3. Chill: Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm. Cut into small squares and store in the fridge.
