If you’re looking for creamy, voluminous, but thick oats then all you have to do is blend them before you cook them. This banana bread blended oat bowl is just absolute perfection, all the delicious flavours of banana bread but a fully balanced bowl.

40g blended oats 200ml almond milk (plus more if needed) 100g protein yoghurt 50g mashed banana Tsp honey or maple syrup Pinch of sea salt Vanilla essence Cinnamon (plus more to serve)
Peanut butter to serve
Cook low and slow, adding more liquid when needed, this process takes 15-20 mins at least and no, you can’t rush it! serve with peanut butter and more cinnamon and ENJOY!
